Your use of Google Sign-In is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Who Can See Your Data

• •Teachers: Can see the names and grades of students enrolled in their assigned courses only.
• •Registrar / Admin: Can access all student academic and enrollment records for institutional management.
• •Staff: Have limited access based on their assigned role within the institution.

6. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as you are enrolled or affiliated with FMBI-PH, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and transcript issuance purposes. Academic records (grades, enrollment history, transcripts) are retained indefinitely as part of the institutional record.
