Diploma in Ministry Leadership
(2-Year Ladderized Program)
The Diploma in Ministry Leadership is an advanced program designed to equip students for effective teaching, leadership, and ministry practice. Building on the Certificate in Ministry Leadership, this program develops deeper biblical understanding, leadership capacity, and hands-on ministry competence.
This program prepares students to lead ministries, teach the Word, and engage in mission with clarity, confidence, and conviction.

Academic Pathway
Students begin with the Certificate in Ministry Leadership, a one-year foundational program focused on spiritual formation, biblical understanding, and leadership basics.
Upon completion, students may proceed to the Diploma in Ministry Leadership, a two-year advanced program designed to develop higher-level leadership, teaching, and ministry competence.
This pathway ensures that students are formed in character before being equipped for greater leadership responsibility and ministry function.
